The client had a task - to use Telegram to stay in touch with their clients, receive feedback and provide customer service. The bot also needed to be able to select products.

TASKS
To define the tasks, we needed to understand why the user needed this bot.

PAYOT does not sell anything directly, only through distributors, so it was important to receive feedback from customers directly.

It was also important to promote products within the bot, for this we needed to create a product selection system. This takes up 80% of the bot architecture.

In addition, the bot should have a mailing list functionality, which you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from, while unsubscribing from the bot itself.

The client came up with over 140 product selection options
for different preferences. We needed to implement all of this
into the bot so that it would work.
As you know, reviews can be positive, neutral and negative. In order not to mix everything into one pile, three separate branches had to be created for this.

The client must have a personal account where they can track users, write to them, view categories and send newsletters. It was also important to set up notifications that come instantly to Telegram.
In addition to all of the above, the bot must be a mailing service. You can subscribe to mailings, for this you need to register. You can also unsubscribe. After these actions, the user's category is updated.

Registration
This is what the registration form in the bot looks like.

The company does not send out mailings to all users. Only to those who wanted to and left their data for this.

This is how the product selection stage begins.

The user first selects the purpose for which the product is needed.

And then selects the features of the description that are most suitable.

So after 3-7 answers, the user receives the name of the product, a photo and a link where they can find out more.
