How we create a strategy for promoting telegram channels using SOSTAC

In the first iteration of the project, we faced the task of attracting people to the new media about Bali. First of all, we needed to buy advertising in all Balinese channels and chats. Then we selected channels about relocation and travel.

For promotion, we used seeding in Telegram channels and Telegram Ads.
With the help of Telegram Ads, we covered channels that do not sell advertising + competitors' channels.

After the first iteration, when we gained a critical mass of subscribers, we were faced with the task of ensuring a flow of applications for the purchase of villas from Alex Villas. Here we focused not on subscribers, but on leadgen.

For this, we selected channels about foreign real estate, investments in real estate, competitors' channels in Bali and Thailand.
